    Supported living services are part of an array of residential service options that offer support and services. This allows individuals with developmental disabilities to live in the most appropriate and least restrictive home environment. This outcome is achieved with the independence and choice of the individual and/or the family involved.

    A person accessing supported living services may choose to live in their own home or with family, using supports provided through Ohio's DD system. Services and supports in a community setting are arranged locally by each County Board, as well as with local residential service providers.

  • Community Respite

    We are also here to provide support, companionship, and assistance to people with disabilities whether they are living independently in their communities or with their caregivers. Community Respite Service in the community for outings like swimming, concerts, movies, shopping, or a special event.

    Community Inclusion focuses on helping Individuals with developmental disabilities participate in everyday life in the community.We would work with Individuals and their Support Team to balance in-house programs that seek to prepare individuals for community life or provide a substitute for community engagement with the supports that individuals need to move from community presence to community
